Creamy Lemon Drizzle
Serves: ~1 cup | Prep Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 10 mins
This dip is creamy and super flavourful!

| 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
| 30 ml (2 tbsp) flour
2. Stir in flour, lemon peel and salt.
| 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) lemon peel,
finely shredded
| Salt
| 375 ml (11/2 cups) milk
3. Continue stirring until mixture begins to thicken.
4. Add milk and lemon juice and stir over medium heat until
bubbly and thick.
| 1,25 ml (1/4 tsp) lemon juice
Pour this sauce over assorted vegetables as an
alternative to a dipping sauce.
