Homemade Tzatziki
Serves: ~1 cup | Prep Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 5 mins + 1 hr chilling time
This Tzatziki dip is perfect alongside whole grain pita bread.

| 240 g (1 cup) plain
Greek yogurt
1. Stir together all ingredients until well combined.
| 95 g (¾ cup) cucumber
finely chopped
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 1 hour).
3. Serve with fresh vegetables and whole grain pitas.
| 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
| 2,5 ml (½ tsp) dried dill
(optional)
| 1,25 ml (¼ tsp) garlic (minced)
| 1,25 ml (¼ tsp) black pepper
Be sure to chill in the refrigerator for best results.
