This ultra nourishing smoothie is as tasty
as real pumpkin pie!
This smoothie is sweet and tangy, making
it a perfect choice in the morning.

| 135 g (11/2 cups) oats
| 20 kiwis, diced
| 390 g (1 1/2 cups) pumpkin purée
| 385 g (12 cups) spinach
| 900 g (33/4 cups) plain Greek yogurt
| 2,5 kg (10 cups) frozen pineapple
| 6 apples, diced (peel on)
| 1 L (4 cups) milk or soy milk
| 750 ml (3 cups) milk or soy milk
Directions
| 30 ml (2 tbsp) pumpkin pie spice
| 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
| 450 g (6 cups) ice
Directions
1. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend
for 1 minute or until smooth.
1. Combine diced kiwis and spinach in a
resealable bag and freeze.
2. Once frozen, remove from freezer and add
kiwis, spinach, frozen pineapple and milk into
a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
