Enjoy a variety of fruit and
vegetables in this smoothie!

| 12 oranges, peeled and separated
| 6 ripe bananas
| 900 g (6 cups) frozen mango, diced
| 900 g (6 cups) grapes
| 12 carrots, shredded
| 195 g (6 cups) spinach
| 750 ml (3 cups) milk or soy milk
| 720 g (3 cups) plain Greek yogurt
Directions
1. Excluding the milk, combine all ingredients for
each smoothie in a resealable bag and freeze.
2. Once frozen, remove from freezer and
blend with milk until smooth. Add more
milk if needed.

| 225 g (3 cups) ice
Directions
1. Slice peeled banana and remove the seeds
from the grapes, if any.
2. Put the banana, spinach, grapes, yogurt,
apples and ice in a blender and blend for
2 minutes, or until smooth.
