| 1.8 kg (12 cups) frozen berry blend or any
berries you have on hand
| 12 oranges, peeled
| 750 ml (3 cups) milk or soy milk
| 6 bananas, on the ripe side
| 750 ml (3 cups) milk or soy milk
Directions
| 720 g (3 cups) plain Greek yogurt
1. Combine berries and milk in a blender.
| 30 ml (2 tbsp) vanilla extract
2. Blend until smooth, and add more milk
if needed.
| 385 g (12 cups) packed spinach
| 225 g (3 cups) ice
Directions
1. Combine everything into blender.
2. Blend and serve.
