Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Serves: 12 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 5 mins + overnight
Warm oatmeal is good, but cold overnight oats are equally as delicious
and take virtually no prep time.
Ingredients

| 540 g (6 cups) rolled oats
| 1.5 L (6 cups) milk or soy milk
1. Combine oats, milk, cinnamon and honey and divide
in 12 individual bowls or mason jars.
| 30 ml (2 tbsp) cinnamon
2. Refrigerate overnight.
| 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
3. Before serving, dice up apples and add to overnight oats.
| 6 apples

We chose milk or soy milk because they contain protein. When choosing a soy
beverage, make sure that it is fortified, so you can find all the vitamins present in milk.
