Breakfast Energy Balls

These nutrient dense energy balls are perfect for an on-the-go breakfast option -- not to
mention they are super yummy!
Ingredients
Directions
| 130 g (1 cup) sunflower seeds
| 145 g (1 cup) sesame seeds
1. Put everything, but the coconut, in a large bowl. Mix well with
your hands.
| 90 g (1 cup) rolled oats
2. Roll ¼ cup scoops of dough into balls and roll in coconut.
| 130 g (1 cup) dried cranberries
or raisins
3. Store in freezer.
| 60 g (½ cup) cocoa powder
| 500 ml (2 cups) nut, seed or
soy nut butter
| 125 ml (½ cup) honey
| 145 g (1½ cups) shredded
unsweetened coconut
These energy balls can be stored in the freezer
in an airtight container.
