Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits

These take no time at all to prepare, and are so delicious!
Ingredients
Directions
| 2,16 kg (2.25 L or 9 cups) plain or
plain Greek yogurt
1. Layer 75 ml (1/3 cup) plain yogurt into the bottom of each
bowl/cup.
| 1,25 L (41/2 cups) assorted berries,
fresh or frozen and thawed
2. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until cups are
filled to the top.
| 400 g (3 cups) homemade
granola (page 46)

3. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
Change up the fruit toppings according
to what fruit is in season!
