Mini Pancake Poppers
Serves: 24 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins
Try this new way of making pancakes! The kids will love them!
Ingredients
Directions
| 250 g (2 cups) whole wheat
pancake mix
1. Preheat oven to 350°F oven. Grease a mini-muffin tin with
cooking oil or butter, or use liners. Set aside.
| 500 ml (2 cups) milk
2. Prepare pancake mix as directed.
| 2 eggs
3. Spoon 7,5 ml (1/2 tbsp) of pancake batter into each muffin tin cup.
4. Top with desired toppings and bake for 13 to 15 minutes.

| Banana
| Nuts or seeds

| Honey
| Nut, seed or soy nut butter
Serve with fruit or berry compote for a sweet treat.
