Mini Breakfast Pizzas

These English muffin breakfast pizzas are so quick and easy to make,
you’ll want to make them over and over again!
Ingredients

| 6 whole wheat English
muffins, split
1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
| 125 ml (1/2 cup) canned pizza sauce
or homemade tomato sauce
| 230 g (2 cups) shredded
mozzarella cheese
| 150 g (1 cup) diced assorted
vegetables, fresh or frozen
and thawed

2. Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking
sheet.
3. Spoon some of the pizza or tomato sauce onto each one.
4. Top with mozzarella cheese and diced vegetables.
5. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese
is melted and browned on the edges.
Change up this recipe by switching up
the vegetables and the type of cheese used!
