Strategic plan
Over the past year, Breakfast Club of Canada (the “Club”) completed a strategic
planning process spanning the 2023–2026 period. This is a significant milestone
for the Club in order to continue its growth and achieve its long-term objectives.
This reflection process, led by the management team with the participation of
employees across Canada, resulted in stimulating discussions and interactions.
The goal was to define a clear direction for the Club and establish strategic
priorities for the coming years in order to move our mission forward.
