Bimetal dial thermometers are an alternative to glass thermometers and have a
stainless steel construction making them suitable for food products.
These thermometers have 24mm diameter dial face with 125mm stainless spike
stem and have a case with pocket clip which may be used as a handle for the
thermometer.
