Dave Wood
Pip Edwards
Managing Director
Manager & Negotiator
Dave is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over
14 years’ experience working within the Project
Management and Building Surveying sectors. Further
to acquiring his BSc (Hons) from the University of
Reading in 2005, he later worked towards chartered
status with the RICS in 2007. Dave has undertaken
various roles as project manager, expert witness,
contract administrator and employers’ agent.
Having worked for Boultons for 12 years, after progressing
through the ranks Pip now heads up the Hudders昀椀eld
Of昀椀ce as the Of昀椀ce Manager and leading a very
experienced team of advisors and negotiators to give a
quality service.
