The Boise State Foundation is a nonprofit organization that plays an

essential role in sustaining and enhancing the excellence of Boise State
by highlighting the impacts of philanthropy and stewarding private
donations to the university. The CEO of the Foundation reports to
and works closely with the Board of Directors while overseeing the
foundation’s strategic direction and daily operations and ensuring
its mission aligns with the university’s goals. The board members,
composed of dedicated and experienced professionals, serve on one
or more of the six standing committees: Campaign, Executive, Finance
and Audit, Governance, Investment and Real Estate. Each helps provide
strategic guidance to the university and its mission.
