The Botanic Garden is a public space that may host other public and private
events simultaneously/ we kindly ask you and your guests to be considerate of
other visitors around the gardens.

The Gardens offer two exquisite wedding ceremony sites/ which are reviewed
annually to ensure the best experience. Please note that your ceremony location
may be adjusted at the discretion of Blanco Horner Weddings to prioritise public
safety/ site preservation or temporary exhibitions.

Flowers or decorative items cannot be attached to any structures or plants. All
items must be weighted/ use of pegs and spikes are not permitted due to under
ground irrigation. Any additional equipment must be approved by Venue and Event
Coordinator.
DELIV E RY & S ET UP
Additional delivery and set up fees apply when booking Wittunga Botanic
Gardens.
It is recommended that you book your wedding site 30 minutes prior to your
ceremony commencing to allow for setup and guests arrival.

Blanco Horner offers a variety of catering options to make your ceremony truly
memorable. Please contact our Venue and Event Coordinator for more details. As
the premier caterer for the gardens/ Blanco Horner is uniquely licensed to serve
beverages at your wedding/ even in areas traditionally designated as dry zones.
EX TEN S IO N O F T IME
If you would like to extend past your two hour period/ x150 per 30 minutes or
part there of/ will apply. If additional labour for organisation/ setJup and
breakdown is required/ extra service fees may apply.
