FOUR YEAR PLAN
We advise students to take courses in: English, math, science, social studies, and world language. We
are on a semester schedule; therefore, each student will have six classes each semester totaling 12
classes per year. As you plan your classes for your four years of high school, please ensure you include
all graduation requirements. Remember, the required courses are the baseline for your planning, but
we encourage students to go above and beyond in the interests of study to expand their learning and
prepare for post-secondary education. Click Here for a four-year plan with Birmingham Public Schools
graduation requirements.
