What They Want
Never has the customer had more options available to them in how they satisfy their food
cravings than they do today. From dine-in to drive-thru and everything in between, the food
industry has an array of formats at their disposal to give the people what they want, when
they want it, and more importantly, how they want it. Not a revolutionary concept but critical
for operators to adopt – putting a full range of ordering options in the hands of the customer
is empowering and allows for a truly touchless experience. This is not a revolutionary concept
but is critical for operators to adopt.
