We’ve talked a lot about overt tangible moves in the category, but some of
the most meaningful changes will likely be unseen by the diner.
From finish selections to air supply systems, behind the scenes enhancements may very well be the most important changes we will see coming out
of this pandemic.
The importance of clean air, especially the ability to open a space to the
outside and encourage the circulation of fresh air, is proving to be an important component to creating a safer environment.

more thoughtfully considered when
designing spaces.
This extends to finishes, the surfaces touched by customers and staff alike.
