We recognize that there are benefits and new challenges presented in
adopting a hybrid In-office/remote work policy, such as ensuring everyone
feels included and engaged regardless of whether they are in the office
that day.
The following three phases will each be specifically time-dependent,
incorporate specific policy elements that transition from our current
interim Office Re-Entry Plan to our new Hybrid Plan, and include specific
opportunities for all employees to engage in forums and surveys that will
inform how we will work together in the future, and effectively return
to WE.
