Purpose:
We believe that diversity of thoughts, opinions,
backgrounds, and beliefs drives creativity.
This diversity is not present when we are only regularly interacting with
our small project teams. What has begun to erode by not being physically
together is our holistic connectedness as a Design Collaborative. We
believe that it is important for our team to physically work together, as it
fosters an environment that provides:

Curiosity about our coworkers and their lives
Reduction in burnout due
to lack of boundaries in a
home-work environment
Increased visibility which

morale and productivity
Our goal in creating a hybrid work model is to provide employees
additional flexibility to support individual work styles, balance
business needs, and ensure Bergmeyer’s culture thrives.
