All employees will be required to return to the
office a minimum of 3 days per week. Should
employees choose to work from home 1-2 days
a week, their remote work will be subject to
the company's "Flexible Work Policy" and the
execution and approval of a "Flexible Work
Schedule Request Form".
• Create a "Flexible Work Schedule Request
Form" for employees, and ask for submissions
and review/approval before September 7, 2021,
if intending to integrate remote work into their
regular schedule going forward.
• There may be certain days where all employees
are required to be in the office. These days will
be communicated at least a week in advance.
• Employees working remotely will be required
to be online during business's core hours.
