WRAP UP: How did we do in
2023, how will we improve to
meet our goals?
We are proud of our
accomplishments this past
year, and we are eager to
keep up the momentum.
As Bergmeyer continues
to evolve as an exemplary
design collaborative, we are
resolved to 昀椀nd more ways to
connect, collaborate, explore,
and especially MEASURE with
boldness and curiosity in all
four of our focus areas.

Here is a summary of our goals for 2024:
CREATE
OPPORTUNITIES
STRENGTHENING
OUR COMMUNITIES
We will increase our involvement in
the Hip Hop Architecture camp and
related programs, including support
for speci昀椀c design initiatives in Boston.
We are targeting a 50% increase in
the use of Bergmeyer volunteer hours
throughout 2024.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STEWARDSHIP
We intend to have a CO2e data 昀氀ow
analysis program in place by mid-year
with measurable results across our
practice groups by the end of 2024.
Through our mindful MATERIALS
membership we intend to make
substantial progress in tying our
materials speci昀椀cation processes to
the AIA Materials Pledge goals by the
end of 2024.
We will increase the number of
volunteer opportunities in all three
o昀케ce locations, with at least one
primary activity each quarter.
SUPPORT
ORGANIZATIONS
We will expand our collaboration with
Parallel Sustainability LLC through the
Bergmeyer+ program.
We will seek to increase our participation
in United Way campaign activities across
our three o昀케ces throughout the year.
