SURGERY
A common and popular surgical procedure, a rhinoplasty
or nose job is done to reshape or resize the nose,
whether for cosmetic or reconstructive purposes.
Primary kinds of nose jobs include augmentation
(reconstructing or tapering the bridges of wide or flat
noses), reduction (reducing the protruding cartilage of
long, overly pointed noses), alarplasty (trimming down
of nostril size and nose width), and tip plasty, which is
mainly for building a sharper, pointier nose tip.
