I asked our featured writer Danny Gray to share a few words about
himself, this is what he had to say:
I was raised on the fumes of aircraft, amid the gritty suburban backdrop of Feltham in west
London. I had a typical 1970s childhood, forced to wear flared trousers and garish patterned
polar neck jumpers, tank tops and beagle collared shirts with a Jimmy Osmond style haircut.
I hated those clothes and I hated school but liked the uniform, especially the white collar
and the black and gold striped tie.
