Goals and Needs
Marla H. Corts Mission School has been in existence since 2001. We have experienced many ups and downs but God
has seen us through them all. In order for the school to continue for the next 25 years, major renovations are needed.
The tropical climate, continual termite invasions, and road conditions are just a few of the challenges presented in the
upkeep of the facilities. There is an urgent need to replace the roofs on most of the buildings on campus, the interior
doors within the girls and boys dormitories, rebuild our chapel as the last one was destroyed by termites, and totally
renovate the Principal’s House.
Staff compensation, administrative costs, and transportation are other financial expenses that must be met to keep
the school running. We stand in need of $35,000 to meet our 2022-2023 budget. Please prayerfully consider making a
donation to MHCMS to ensure it remains in the Dordeneewein Village, as it is a valuable and much needed resource
to the community.
