THE WEDDING CEREMONY
Your wedding ceremony is a sacred vow taken in the presence of God, and as such, is a
worship service. This is one of the few times in your life that you are able to make a
pronounced public statement about your relationship with God. Your choice of music, the
presentation of the Gospel, and observance of the Lord’s Supper are a few of the unique ways to
express your commitment to God as a couple.
We encourage you to keep these in mind as you make plans for your ceremony. Please
complete the ceremony planning form. Feel free to consult with the pastor, counseling staff, or
music director for assistance.
