I greatly appreciate this recognition from my community. I have had many learning
experiences along this journey. I’m grateful to those who I’ve had the opportunity
to work with along the way and those who’ve supported my ideas even when they
seemed out of the box, or ahead of their time.
I chose to step away from remodeling to focus my efforts on developing a new
community that is Eco-Friendly, called Agrestic, that would be sustainable for the
new generations to come. At first glance, the Agrestic looks like yet another new
upscale housing development but a closer look reveals a secret: The Agrestic is
part of a revolution.
The 23 homesite community offers modern and contemporary style homes on
1+ acre sites outside the town of Westminster at 312 Ridge Road. Agresic is a
new vision that has allowed me to consciously step away from non-eco-friendly
development practices.We have incorporated local architectural designers,
new technologies and a new development philosophy that enables the Agrestic
homeowners to dramatically reduce their carbon footprints, live healthier lives, and
eliminate their utility costs.
For many people, the single most important thing they can do to reduce their
carbon footprint is the home they choose to live in. If you can buy an energyefficient home that is smarter, eliminates utility costs, and takes the environment
and ours into consideration, why wouldn’t you? Our studies show most people
– especially millennials – jump at the chance. It is the new generations that take
our planet into consideration the most and I have listened to them. We will also
be planting enough trees to balance all the wood used in every home we build.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best building techniques, quality
workmanship and materials with the minimal carbon footprint as possible while
respecting the earth.
This Modern Eco-Friendly Community is supported by Tesla Powerwalls, Solar
panels, Concrete ICF, SIP panels and Geothermal heating and cooling systems.
Geothermal environmentally, this is equivalent to planting 750 trees. Our goal
is to completely step away from Tract Homes that sacrifice build quality, limit
customization options, and lower resale value by providing our customers with
the best building techniques, quality workmanship and materials with the minimal
carbon footprint as possible.
