Our Graduate Programme is designed to
support your growth and success, both
professionally and personally.
From day one, you’ll be enrolled in our
Graduate Development Programme, where
you’ll benefit from masterclasses held by
wellbeing and performance experts and
our external partner Gen Healthy Minds.
These sessions cover vital areas like mental
and physical wellbeing, resilience, personal
branding, communication, digital wellbeing,
and goal setting.
Beyond these valuable learning experiences,
you’ll have the support of a dedicated
mentor, peer guidance through our buddy
programme, and resources from our early
careers team to help you navigate where
you want to take your career.
Our employee networks provide further
connection, while our active social and
community life offers numerous events and
activities to help you build friendships and
enjoy your time at Babcock.
