Our work to improve our gender
representation has seen us
reduce our gender pay gap each
year since we started reporting in
2017. This year we are pleased to
report that our median pay gap
has come down once again, from
9.6% to 6.7%.
This means we continue to
track well below the UK average
gender pay gap (currently at
14.3%). Whilst this is positive,
we recognise there is still more
to do, and we remain focused
on closing the gap as quickly
as possible.
