A Word From Our CEO...
When I took the helm as the first Chief Executive Officer of AWESOME in 2020, I did so with
unwavering passion for our mission. As a leader in supply chain management, I recognized the
pivotal role our work plays and the impact of what transforming the future of supply chain
leadership would mean for the world.
For far too long, senior women leaders in supply chain were the first and only — the sole
woman on their teams and only woman with a seat at the table. However, over the past
decade, we've witnessed remarkable progress in our industry. Research consistently
demonstrates that diverse leadership not only enhances decision-making but also drives
profitability, compelling organizations to take action.
In 2024, the necessity for diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds is more urgent than ever as we confront
complex global challenges. We NEED empowered women leaders now more than ever, for we know that empowered
women empower women… And leveraging the full spectrum of our collective energy and intellect is essential in
addressing these challenges. By investing our resources—time, energy, and capital—in championing women leaders, we
cultivate a virtuous cycle that benefits not only our organizations but the world at large.
Because when women rise, we ALL rise.
At AWESOME, our commitment to advancing women leaders in supply chains is unwavering. We are eager to join forces
with partners who share our vision on this transformative journey. It is vital that women continue to ascend to the highest

Since joining the AWESOME community in 2014 and taking on the role of CEO in 2020, my conviction in our mission has
