EVENTS
Sports Carnival Day
In conjuction with the learning theme “Sports”, Eden Children’s
Centre had their term 2 outing as a Sports Day event which was
held on 21 May at Clementi Community Centre. Teachers and
the occupational therapist from the centre worked hand in hand
creating station games for clients. Activities were customised based
on each child’s gross motor and communication skills.
Parents were given a guidebook before the event, which provided
more information on the objectives of each activity which their child
will be participating in. The event started off with all families gathered
in front of the stage for the warm-up dance, followed by the station
games. Volunteers from Micron Technology were also present at the
event to support teachers and families during the activities.
The event concluded with an Award Ceremony, where each
student received a medal for their participation.
