Eden Friendship Club – Friendship All the Way!
In April 2024, the Eden Activity Club officially rebranded to the
Eden Friendship Club (EFC).
As the EFC continues to seek ways to expand its reach and support
more adults with autism, we look forward to welcoming more
friends and volunteers for the upcoming cycles, helping us to create
even more enriching experiences for the members.
With the rebranding, the Club introduced a refreshed programme
structure for its members, with a Saturday programme which
includes routine health and sports activities, a session on art and
experiential outings.
The Club currently supports 32 members, with dedicated staff
and volunteers working together to create interesting experiences
targeted at achieving the Quality of Life Outcomes of its members.
This includes the areas of Health, Relationship and Leisure.
During the first two cycles of the new programme, the EFC had
volunteers from Qi Group – Q Lifestyle and Singapore Exchange
who spent time getting to know the members through various
weekly activities and outings, such as visits to National Junior
College’s Funtasia Charity Carnival and River Wonders.
