Day 1 Scott and the shuttles will transfer you from your door to our meeting point where our coach will be
waiting to take you to Taronga Western Plains Zoo. Along the way we take in the beautiful scenery and stop
for lunch in Bilpin, in heart of the Blue Mountains. An afternoon stop in Orange before we arrive at Taronga
Western Plains Zoo. Each evening we will dine in style and be treated to canapes followed by a African Style
Banquet Dinner at the Guest House.
Day 2 Awake to the sounds of nature and get ready to join your morning safari tour before breakfast. In the
tranquil beauty of sunrise you will be taken to exclusive areas to learn more about the animals and their daily
routines. An African inspired breakfast awaits you on your return. We spend the rest of the day on the Aurora
coach circuiting the main zoo. Lunch is available at own expense at the lovely zoo café. This afternoon we will
take a behind the scenes tour with the guides for a further look into animal behaviours. Great ready to learn
all about the animals history and habitats, and their future in the wild. Thanks to the knowledge of your guide,
you’ll also get to know the animals’ personalities with all their quirks and foibles.
Day 3 Morning safari is available again, it is one of the most active times of the day for many of the animals.
Experience a close encounter session where you will form a special bond with our animals. We depart at 9am and
head back to Sydney. On route we stop for lunch in the heart of the Central Tablelands, and stretch our legs this
afternoon in Leura.
