FILTRATION
TMCI Padovan Nitor+ EasyMEM Series Cross-Flow Filter
True DE-free filtration and TMCI Padovan’s revolutionary entry into cross-flow membrane filtration of beer. Fully automatic and
specifically designed for brewing with a capillary membrane filter also designed and built internally by Padovan. Eliminates the
problems associated with the use of diatomaceous earth as well as the costs of residual disposal and loss of valuable product
within the sludge. Monitored by a PLC that controls all production and CIP phases such as process parameters and cycle trends.

TMCI Padovan Dynamos Cross-Flow Filter System
Patented, rotating, high-solid filter with an innovative calibrated back-pulse system. An
alternative to vacuum and press filters, its cross-flow filtration is applied to high-speed
rotating ceramic disks, thus avoiding blinding of the disk and allowing for a self-cleaning
process. Can run 24+ hours before cleaning.

Available in 1 m2, 5 m2, 10 m2, 20 m2, and multiples of 20 m2.
Different disc porosities from 50 nm to 500 nm are available.
Eliminates need for filter aids such as DE for tank bottom filtration.
Can handle up to 80% solids including highly dry hopped beers.
Results show minimum recovery of 50% of tank bottoms volumes as almost sterile filtrate.
Very low energy requirements compared to conventional cross-flow techniques.
Fully automatic (1 m2 is manual execution).
