Diammonium Phosphate – DAP
Mineral nitrogen source used for yeast viability during primary fermentation.
Stimulates yeast growth and fermentation activity.
Helps prevent formation of hydrogen sulfide.
Readily soluble in water and can be added directly or as aqueous solution.
Other names: Ammonium phosphate, secondary; diammonium hydrogen phosphate; diammonium phosphate; DAP.

Add to wort at beginning of fermentation and again at mid-point if needed.

Thiamine Hydrochloride
External source of thiamine (vitamin B1) used to re-start sluggish or stuck fermentations by enabling the yeast cells to
grow significantly faster as the result of enhanced utilization of mineral nitrogen.
