CARBONATION & DEAERATION
SYSTEMS
CARBONATION SYSTEMS
When time or tank pressure restrictions don’t allow carbonation to take place accurately or rapidly enough, brewers can use inline
gas injection systems to adjust the levels of gas needed to make their beer bottle-ready.
EasyBraüVelo RACOON Inline Carbonation Unit with PID Control
RACOON = Reliable, Accurate inline CO2 carbonation and N2 nitrogenation system
Semi-automatic or automatic inline carbonation system designed specifically by ATPGroup and
TMCI Padovan for the U.S. craft brewing market. Compact and mobile, built on a stainless chassis,
and ready to operate once power and gas are connected.
y Semi-automatic version allows for proportional feed of CO2 to product.
y Fully automatic version offers complete ratio feedback; simply set desired CO2 level and
unit adjusts automatically.
y Optional separate manual nitrogenation module allows adjustment of carbonation and
nitrogenation individually.
y No integrated buffer tank.
