At low addition rates the focus is on reduction of haze nuclei. At higher addition rates Stabisol® will
have an additional effect on protein stability. If adding to dry hopped beers, add 24 hours after the
addition of the hops to the tank.

STABLE HAZE FORMATION (HAZE STABILIZATION)
Some beer styles such as Belgian Wit or Hefeweizen are meant remain hazy over their full shelf life. Without intervention,
the haze formed by protein polyphenols will eventually drop out of solution and fall to the bottom of the bottle.
To prevent this, ATPGroup has solutions for brewers to maintain “stable” hazes in their beer.
Tanal® 02
100% natural gallotannin designed to add permanent haze in beer. Offers a consistent level
of polymerization so that when it interacts with yeast and haze-inducing proteins a permanent
haze is formed. This is the standard for producing hazy beers.

product protein level (higher protein=lower dose).

Spring’Blanche™
Spring’Blanche™ is an engineered yeast extract used to produce a
permanent stable haze in wheat beers, Belgian-style wit/blanches
or hazy IPAs. Mode of action depends of the polyphenol levels in
the product.
