Participating in ATI’s orthopedic residency has
helped me become a more con昀椀dent and effective
clinician. The mentorship component helped to
apply everything we learned and discussed to
actual patients. Now I am better able to plan and
communicate a plan of care with patients that helps
them feel better and meet their functional goals.

The ATI residency programs were and still are a huge
part of my career. Coming into residency immediately
out of school gave me a clinical foundation to build
off of. Residency provided me with opportunities for
personal and professional growth. Now, being involved
in teaching and mentoring within our programs, I have
the opportunity to pass that along to current residents.
While residency is challenging, it is so worth it in the end.
