Johnson County is full of parks, trails, community centers, swimming pools, shopping malls, movie
theaters, both youth and adult sports leagues and year-round attractions such as the Franklin Skate Club,
Greenwood Fieldhouse, and Rascal’s Fun Zone in Whiteland. For a fun night out in a big city, a short drive
north also opens up a wide range of bars and hot spots in Indianapolis and for a more peaceful time in
nature, a short drive south leads to Johnson County’s expanse of protected lakes and woodlands.
