Pension Plan
All employees who work at least 1500 hours, are at least 21 years of age and have completed one year of service are eligible to participate in the pension plan.
Entry dates are January 1 and July 1 of each year.
Upon entry into the pension plan, the employee must complete 1000 hours to be eligible for a contribution;
the Archdiocese contributes 6% of the employee's eligible salary into the pension account each year.
Employees are 100% vested after five vesting years of service.
