Departure Points
& Schedule

children age 17 and under and require the child to be sharing a double room with two adults.
Some exceptions apply. » Booking at the single hotel room rate does not guarantee guests will
be seated alone on the coach. Please note, if there are extra seats we attempt to do this.
Each multiple day tour has its own
departure schedule. Please pay close attention to the departure schedule number
in each tour’s information box. Departure
times are e-mailed 10 days prior to the tour.
Additional departure points can often be established if en route, or if the number of passengers
at that point justify it. Occasionally, an additional fee may be charged for a special pick-up.
Since we originate from many different locations, your departure time will be early. Sometimes,
we use vans and cars to transport passengers to and from a centralized location. Anderson
associates will be easily recognized and prepared to show identification.

departure locations that allow our guests to use their
establishments for arrivals and departures. Parking is at
your own risk and not that of Anderson Coach & Travel
or the departure location. If you must leave a vehicle
parked at the departure point, please park away from
business.
OHIO DEPARTURE POINTS
Austintown: Walmart 6001 Mahoning Ave,
Austintown, OH. Park in lower lot closest to
Mahoning Ave facing car wash.
Warren/Cortland: New Walmart, 2016 Millennium Drive, enter at truck entrance, park
on far left.
Mentor: WalMart, 9303 Mentor Ave., Mentor, OH. Park in NE corner of lot farthest
from the store away from the main road.
Brooklyn: WalMart, 10000 Brookpark Rd,
park in the west corner closest to Sam’s Club.
PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTURE POINTS
Erie: Cracker Barrel, I-90 Exit 24 (Peach
Street). Use new drive, not Interstate drive.
Park in the far northwest corner of Cracker
Barrel parking lot.
Meadville: Home Depot, Rt. 322. Park on
west side of lot, facing Giant Eagle.
Greenville: Anderson Coach & Travel,
One Anderson Plaza, Rt. 18.

Inn), at I-80 and Rt. 19. Park facing I-80.

lot near Long John Silver’s.
Monroeville: Lowe’s Home Improvement,

DuBois: WalMart, 20 Industrial Dr, DuBois, PA. Park in SE corner near Industrial and Midway intersection. Toward
McDonalds.
Plan to park at One Anderson Plaza in Greenville, PA
We have a large parking lot that is a short drive from our service areas. The lot is well-lit and you can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea,
and hot chocolate prior to boarding. There is a television-equipped waiting area, clean restrooms and a phone. Economical lodging is
available nearby.
Special Lodging Arrangements
If you have booked direct with our home office on an Anderson tour that is 7 days or longer and you reside beyond
70 miles from the nearest departure point for that scheduled tour, Anderson Coach & Travel will provide one night
of lodging in Greenville for the night prior to departure. You must make this request to Anderson Coach & Travel
at least two weeks prior to the tour’s departure. This overnight stay is not applicable for tours that depart at or after
8:00 am from the closest departure point to you. Please call for details.
