SITE ANALYSIS & SURVEY
Our team of professionals will perform a site analysis and survey, documenting existing conditions of landscape, structures, site facilities and
mechanical systems. We obtain and analyze all federal, state, and local
codes and municipal regulations, as well as landlord/owner criteria. We
couple our research with a written report for the client which outlines
the conditions and feasibility of the project.
ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS
AnCor’s in-house Design Department provides our clients with
architectural drawings that meet all federal, state, and local codes,
rules and regulations necessary for the project. We only utilize state
of the art technology to create renderings, 3-D graphics and virtual tours
for any type of project. While working in connection with our Construction
Department, the end result are designs that are both stunning and economically
practical.
ENGINEERING DRAWINGS
AnCor has relationships with the most experienced engineering firms nationwide
to ensure that all drawings are prepared in the utmost professional manner in
accordance with federal, state, and local codes, rules and regulations, and are
completed in accordance to the delivery schedule.
