SCHEDULING
AnCor will coordinate all scheduling with the consultant’s, subcontractors,and
suppliers to produce accurate schedules that will meet the client’s needs. We
understand the commitment required to produce quality projects while meeting
crucial deadlines.
PERMITTING
Through our knowledge and experience, we have the ability to submit to all municipal departments and complete
all permitting requirements necessary for any project. Our superior knowledge of commercial development and
construction marketplace is a key factor in efficiently resolving code and landlord issues while keeping the best
interest of the client in mind. We pride ourself on the ability to create strong relationships between clients,
landlords and agencies. The in-house Permitting Department will monitor all as-pects of a project, and will work
with our clients step by step to see that their needs are met. Project coordination is very important when dealing
with time sensitive submittal documents, we take care of all project coordination so our clients don’t have to.
CONSTRUCTION
AnCor’s Construction Department has a nationwide presence, and is licensed to perform contracting and construction
management in 47 states. Our project diversity ranges from 1,000 square foot tenant build-outs, to 250,000 square foot
sports arenas. AnCor specializes in fitness centers, restaurants, retail spaces, office build outs, power centers,
apartment buildings, hotels and sports centers.
AnCor believes in making our construction services as transparent as possible. The focus is having the entire project
team informed on the progress of the job every step of the way. By utilizing Procore for project management, it includes
all RFI's, submittals, photos, and weekly client summaries that make the construction process simple. We also
encourage interaction by inviting the project team to weekly virtual job site walk-through's which helps review the
progress in real time and allows architects and clients to be as involved in the advancement of the project.
