PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
AnCor's pre-construction services assist architects and owners in the development of the
plans. We believe the most important aspect of a project is from the owners vision to the
day the permit is pulled. It is critical that site analysis, budgeting, schedule and
constructibility are all aligned between the owner, architect, engineers and general
contractor throughout the development of the construction drawings.
SITE ANALYSIS & SURVEY
Our team of professionals along with architects and engineers, will perform a site analysis
and survey, documenting existing conditions of landscape, structures, site facilities and
mechanical systems. We obtain and analyze all federal, state, and local codes and municipal
regulations, as well as landlord/owner criteria. We couple our research with a written report
for the client which outlines the conditions and feasibility of the project.
ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING REVIEW

AnCor works with architects and engineers by performing milestone plan
reviews. This assists the team by helping keep the project on budget, and
to resolve constructibility issues. This process limits changes and/or
corrections encountered during construction, which can lead to cost
overruns and schedule delays.
