AMA Victoria welcomes expressions of interest
from members to be mentors and mentees in our
12-month supported and structured mentoring
program. The program is a free membership
benefit and is designed to support your personal
and professional development as a doctor. It
is particularly relevant during times of career
transition or whilst you are finding your balance
and professional identity. The program helps
you set and achieve your goals. AMA Victoria
undertakes matching to ensure there are no
conflicts of interest and to maximise
the value of the mentoring relationship.

The program has been running since 2015 and utilises
the Mentorloop platform. It continues to consistently
scoring above the industry average satisfaction
ranking in feedback from the mentors and mentees.
