Manufacturing
We partner with industry-leading tape manufacturing sites, which are based in the UK, across
Europe and Globally, who provide us with the 昀氀exibility to manufacture a comprehensive range of
pressure-sensitive, self-adhesive tapes that can be produced as plain or printed. Available with
acrylic, water, hot melt and solvent adhesive types for numerous applications, which allows us to
maintain an annual production capacity of over 600 million square meters of tape.
We have access to a large portfolio of machinery, production and operational capacities which
include Adhesive Coating Machines and Slitting Machines, that can be deployed to meet our
customers’ requirements.
What is the process of making tape?
Tape Manufacturing Process (Film blowing → Glueing →
Rewinding) after the 昀椀lm is blown, it is applied to the coating
machine to add hot melt glue, water glue or other adhesives. In
this process, the adhesive is selected according to the required
viscosity and purpose of the tape.
