Sustainability is at the heart of Allpack’s operations. We are committed to fostering a circular
economy by minimising waste, maximising resource ef昀椀ciency, and reducing environmental
impact across our value chain. Our initiatives focus on designing innovative solutions that extend
product life-cycles, promote reuse, and prioritise recyclability.
Our Circular Economy model focuses on raw materials, consumption, and recycling emphasising
a closed-loop system where resources are continuously used, reducing waste and promoting
sustainability. These key stages can be outlined as seen across this section.
This approach ensures the sustainable use of raw materials, promotes responsible consumption
and emphasizes recycling to achieve long-term environmental, economic, and social bene昀椀ts.
Raw Materials
Objective: Source sustainable, renewable, or recycled materials to initiate the product life cycle.
Practices:
• Use materials that are biodegradable, renewable, or have high recyclability potential.
• Prioritise secondary raw materials (those recovered from recycling processes).
• Reduce dependency on 昀椀nite or non-renewable resources, such as virgin plastics or energyintensive recycled materials.
• Specify materials by considering material reuse from the outset.
Design & Production
Objective: Develop products that minimise resource use and extend life cycles.
Practices:
• Create modular designs for easy repair and upgrading.
• Choose non-toxic, durable, and recyclable materials in production.
• Implement waste-minimising manufacturing methods.
• Use clean energy and ef昀椀cient resource management in production processes.
