PLASTIC PRE-STRETCH / BLOWN FILMS
Sigmawrap™ machine 昀椀lm range is the machine 昀椀lm
for wrapping pallets, as it has been manufactured using
state-of-the-art nanotechnology that provides unrivalled
performance compared to conventional machine 昀椀lms.
Sigmawrap™ has two product types, depending on your
requirements.
Sigmawrap™ Pre-Stretch Machine Film encompasses 55
layers of high-performance raw material, allowing stretching
from 150% to 400% more than conventional machine
wraps, helping you to reduce your palletised plastic waste
volumes.
Sigmawrap™ Blown Film is stretched at the point of
manufacture and rolled onto the core in its stretched state.
Once applied, the 昀椀lm contracts back to its original state,
compressing against the load and offering improved stability,
with a residual stretch of up to 300%. This innovative stretch
昀椀lm solution can reduce material waste by over 50%.
