2.2 On-Site
Customers who need gaseous oxygen, nitrogen, or hydrogen, at continuous and
relatively large, stable flow rates can benefit from the advantages of Air
Liquide’s dedicated on-site supply offer. On-site means the supply of gas
(Oxygen, Nitrogen or Hydrogen) generated on the customer site using a plant
invested, installed, operated, and maintained by Air Liquide, with full back-up
–to ensure 100% availability– and a performance guarantee to deliver gas at
the required specifications of flow rate, pressure, and purity, at a competitive
cost. This installation is also remotely managed by tele-monitoring system.
Contractual obligation by the customer is longer (10-15 years), reflecting Air
Liquide commitment and supported by equipment durability, allowing for
stable pricing and predictable cost. Modular supply system design allows for
flexibility of upgrade or downgrade adapted to suit ever-evolving customer
needs. Air Liquide supplies a range of customizable on-site production solutions
to meet the diverse needs of different industries with regard to the volume and
purity of various gases as follows:
On site N2 plants capacity up to 8,600 Nm3/h with N2 purity up to 99.999%
On site O2 plants capacity up to 9,000 Nm3/h with O2 purity up to 99.5%
On site H2 plants capacity up to 5,000 Nm3/h with H2 purity up to 99.999%
