Each nominee shall be a church member in good standing, which (per ASBC Bylaws) means that the
nominee is an Active member of the church known to be of good and regular standing, consistently
demonstrates a spirit of cooperation and interest in the church and is committed to the principle of
tithing. Except where otherwise noted, all nominees will also be subject to a limited background check.
